Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler
PROGRAM

Are you ready to join the elite ranks of the state’s top builders and remodelers?

Becoming a Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler is your sign to clients and

colleagues that you are a member of this unique group.

The non-profit Vermont corporation, Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler, Inc.

established the Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler program as a part of its long

standing commitment to promote education and professionalism in Vermont’s

building and remodeling industry.

As a Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler, Inc. member you agree to follow a strict

ethical standard in your business relationships with consumers, trade partners and

you agree to participate in basic builder education.

The Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler program is administered by the Home

Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont. The Registered Vermont

Builder/Remodeler, Inc. program will offer courses throughout the year here in

Vermont, with additional courses in New Hampshire. Courses are also offered by

other home builder associations throughout the country as well as at the annual

International Builders’ Show.

All Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler, Inc. members must sign an agreement stating

that they will adhere to the Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler Code of Conduct and

Ethics and all of the policies of the Program. Violation of the Code of Conduct and

Ethics will be grounds for dismissal from the Program.

All Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler rules, forms, and procedures are developed

by the Executive Committee of RVB/R, Inc. which will make these available to

appropriate individuals including, but not limited to, applicants, government officials,

and industry professionals.

Applications for the Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler program shall be on forms

and accompanied by the annual fee that is established by the Executive Committee

of the RVB/R, Inc.

Applicants for the Registered Vermont Builder/Remodeler program are not required to be

members of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Vermont; however,

this is certainly encouraged for the benefit and growth of your company.
